Frequently asked questions.
How do packages work?
You purchase a package up front in one payment (or via financing if available). We load the services into your Square client record. When you book individual appointments, Square applies your pre-paid credit automatically. No additional charges at checkout.
How long do I have to use my package?
12 months from purchase date. Unused sessions expire after 12 months; we recommend booking all your appointments at the time of purchase so none get forgotten.
Can I gift a package to someone else?
Packages are non-transferable; they’re tied to your account. For gifting, purchase a Gift Card instead (generic credit, can be used by anyone, any service).
Can I share a package with my partner or friend?
No. Packages are for one person only. Each person who wants to use a service books it under their own account and their own pre-paid package.
What if I need to cancel a session in my package?
Standard cancellation policy applies: cancel more than 24 hours ahead, no fee. Cancel within 24 hours: 50% of the individual service price will be deducted from your package balance. No-shows: full session deducted. See our cancellation policy for details.
What if I don’t like the service after the first session (Procell Try It)?
Your $325 single session is non-refundable, but it’s also the exact price of a Procell session à la carte, so there’s no “extra” risk. If you love it and want the full series, we’ll apply your $325 toward the Starter or Full Protocol series (within 60 days of your first session).
Can I add services (like add-ons or different facials) to my packaged appointments?
Yes. Add-ons and upgrades are charged separately at the time of service at the regular price.
Which packages are “with Hannah” and what does that mean?
Packages marked “with Hannah” mean your appointments are booked with Hannah specifically. This is because chemical peels and dermaplaning are offered by multiple estheticians at The Cabana, and the package is designed around Hannah’s approach and products. If you’d prefer to book with another esthetician, book per-service (not the package).
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes: our premium Procell packages (Starter and Full Protocol) support Afterpay at checkout. Pay in 4 interest-free installments. Other packages are designed to be purchased in full.
