Some visits are quiet and restorative. Others are lively and social. All of them are focused on real results.

Tonya Pounds, FNP, owner of Magnolia Healthcare & Aesthetics, visits The Cabana the second Tuesday of every month to provide injectables, IV hydration, medical weight loss, and BHRT hormone therapy to the Sanford area. It's like having access to a full medical practice without leaving your day spa.

After booking through our Square scheduler, contact Tonya's main office at (919) 243-1910 to complete your new patient intake before your first BHRT or Medical Weight Loss appointment.

Botox: a brief consultation is built into your first appointment. Fillers, Sculptra, and Kybella: book a dedicated consultation first so Tonya can build a plan. BHRT and Medical Weight Loss: consultation is required, and you should also contact Tonya's main office at (919) 243-1910 before your first visit to complete intake. IV hydration and B12: no consultation needed for most clients.
Tonya Pounds, FNP visits The Cabana the second Tuesday of every month for injectables, IV hydration, BHRT, and medical weight loss. Appointments fill quickly; book at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. If a 2nd Tuesday doesn't work for you, Tonya also sees patients at her main practice (Magnolia Healthcare & Aesthetics, Clayton NC) and other partner locations in Dunn and Coats.

Our cancellation policy applies to all services and all providers at The Cabana. Cancel with more than 24 hours' notice: free. Cancel within 24 hours: 50% of the total service cost. No-show: 100% of the service cost. Late arrival may be considered a no-show at your provider's discretion. We hold your card on file at booking. If we're unable to collect a cancellation fee, the penalty becomes a required deposit for future bookings. Repeated cancellations may result in losing access to online self-booking. Life happens. Log into your Square booking (or the Square Go app on iOS) to cancel or reschedule yourself, or text us at (833) 900-9364 and we'll help.
Absolutely. Many clients build "beauty days" combining a facial, spray tan, and injectables, or IV hydration with a massage. Ask us about package options.
Most services are cash pay. However: BHRT bloodwork may sometimes be covered; we'll help you check before labs are ordered. Some prescription weight loss injectables (brand-name GLP-1s) may be billed through insurance when available. Everything else is cash pay. We accept all major credit cards.

Visit 1 (Day 0): initial consultation plus lab draw, $200, labs billed separately. Visit 2 (1 to 2 weeks later): results review plus pellet insertion if appropriate, $400 female / $650 male with pellets, $50 without. Visit 3 (6 weeks later): follow-up plus repeat labs, $50, labs billed separately. Visit 4 (3 to 4 months for women, 4 to 5 months for men): maintenance pellet reinsertion, $400 female / $650 male. After Visit 4, maintenance reinsertions happen every 3 to 4 months (women) or 4 to 5 months (men). BHRT prescriptions and pellets are cash-pay only. You'll know your investment before any pellet is inserted or prescription is written.
