What to do before your visit, and how to look after your skin once you leave.
Avoid retinol, Retin-A, glycolic and salicylic acid for 3 to 5 days prior. For chemical peels, stop one week before and one week after. SWiCH needs a full 4 weeks before.
No waxing, threading, or shaving the area for 3 days prior. No tanning beds or self-tanner for 3 days prior.
Arrive with clean skin: no makeup, SPF, or heavy skincare. We'll cleanse on arrival regardless.
Cease retinol/glycolic for 7 days prior. Botox/fillers 2 weeks BEFORE Procell, never after. Questions about medications? Ask Hannah when you book.
Most facials are pregnancy-safe with adjustments. Skip retinol, salicylic peels, and certain Circadia actives. Procell + chemical peels are not recommended during pregnancy.

Most clients book monthly maintenance (every 4 to 6 weeks). For corrective work (acne, hyperpigmentation, scarring), we recommend a series of 3 to 6 treatments spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, then maintenance afterward.
Procell is microchanneling: precision micro-filaments that create controlled micro-injuries to stimulate collagen renewal and drive serums deep. A chemical peel uses acids to resurface the top layers of skin. Procell builds collagen from within; peels remove surface damage. Many clients use both. Hannah will recommend the right combination during your consultation.
Yes, and we have the most clinically-backed protocol in Sanford for it. We use PCA Skin Pigment Gel Pro (85% efficacy reducing pigmentation in 16 weeks per clinical trial), combined with Circadia brightening serums and either Procell microchanneling or the SWiCH multi-acid resurfacing system depending on your skin's needs.
Depends on your goal. One session works for: pre-event glow, maintenance, first-time exploration. A series is recommended for: chronic acne, deep hyperpigmentation, scarring, significant anti-aging. Hannah will tell you straight up if a single session will get you results or if you need to commit to a series.
