§ 01

Why our lashes & brows is different

01
Not a lash bar

We're estheticians first

Lash bars hire lash techs. We're licensed estheticians who do lashes and brows because they sit on the same face as your skin. We notice the rosacea, the milia, the perioral dermatitis around your mouth. We mention it. You leave with more than a service.

02
Skincare-safe products

Adhesives and tints that respect your barrier

Medical-grade lash adhesive, low-fume tints, and lift solutions formulated to be gentle on the lid margin and the skin around the eye. If you have sensitive skin or have reacted to chemical services before, tell us. We adjust.

03
Brow architecture

Shape that fits your face, not a trend

We map your brow to your bone structure, not to whatever's on TikTok this month. Fluffy, soap-brow, laminated, defined: we build to what flatters you, then we teach you how to maintain it at home.

04
Owner-led pairing

Hannah handles lifts and laminations

Hannah books lash lifts and brow laminations herself. When you want the low-maintenance combo (the one you wake up looking pulled-together for six weeks), you book with Hannah.

Before and after your visit

What to do before your visit, and how to look after your skin once you leave.

Pre-careRead this before your appointment
  • Arrive product-free

No mascara, no eye makeup, no oil-based moisturizers around the eye on the day of your service. Adhesive and lift solutions need clean lashes to bond properly.

  • Pause your retinol

Skip retinol, glycolic, and salicylic acid on the brow and eye area for 3 days before lamination, lift, or tint. Active acids thin the skin and can cause sensitivity.

  • Skip the caffeine

Caffeine makes your eyes water, which is a problem for the 45 minutes you need to keep them closed during a lift or extension service. Cut back the morning of.

  • No lash curlers, no waxing in the area

Skip mechanical curling for a week before a lift. Skip brow waxing for 24 hours before lamination so the skin is calm under the lift solution.

  • Tell us if you are pregnant or nursing

Lash lifts, brow laminations, and tints are generally fine, but we adjust products and patch test more carefully. Always tell us at booking.

Frequently asked

Straight answers from the pros who do the work.

6 to 8 weeks. Your natural lashes are on a growth cycle, so as new lashes grow in straight, the lifted ones cycle out. Most clients rebook every 6 to 7 weeks for consistent results.

You can, but most clients don't bother. The point of a lift is that you wake up with curled, defined lashes and don't need product. If you do want mascara, wait 24 hours and use a water-based formula. Skip waterproof, which requires oil-based remover that breaks down the lift.

Hybrid is a mix: about half classic (one extension per natural lash) and half volume (a fan of 3 to 5 ultra-fine lashes per natural lash). It gives texture and dimension without going full glam. Volume is all fans, all the time: denser, softer, more dramatic. If you want a natural-but-noticeable look, go hybrid. If you want them to read across the room, go volume.

Lamination is a chemical service that restructures your existing brow hairs to lay flat, full, and brushed-up. It's temporary (6 to 8 weeks) and uses no needles. Microblading is a tattoo: pigment deposited under the skin with a blade, lasting 1 to 3 years. We don't offer microblading. Lamination is for clients who have brow hair to work with and want to skip pencil and gel for two months at a time.

Not when they're applied correctly. The risk comes from extensions that are too long or too heavy for your natural lash to support, or from picking and pulling them off. Kela sizes every set to your natural lashes, and as long as you don't rub or yank them, your lashes are fine. The bigger risk is letting refills lapse and the extensions twisting as they grow out.

It helps, but it's not magic. Lamination makes your existing hair look fuller by laying it flat and brushing it across the brow, which covers some sparseness. Real asymmetry or large gaps still need pencil or gel. We're honest about what lamination will and won't do for your specific brow at the consultation.

Usually, yes. We do a patch test 24 to 48 hours before your first service if you've had reactions to chemical services in the past. We use lower-strength solutions and shorter processing times for sensitive clients. Tell us at booking and we'll plan accordingly.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full service price. Card on file required at booking. Full policy on our Cancellation Policy page.
