Your first visit includes: • Thorough health history and symptom review • Goal setting and treatment plan discussion • Lab draw to evaluate hormone levels

Billing: Visit fee $200 is cash-pay. Labs are billed separately through LabCorp and some insurance plans cover the cost — we recommend calling your insurance or LabCorp for cash-pay lab pricing before your appointment.
